State of Maryland Customer Call Center for Department of Human Services

The DHS Call Center can be contacted by an income support customer at: 1.800.332.6347. They have access to the State income support system, MD Think, and can provide updates and generate work orders for questions for the local HHS offices on programs such as food stamps (SNAP); Medicaid; Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA); and Temporary Disability Assistance Program (TDAP).

The DHS Call Center can also be contacted for: information about P-EBT (the program closed at the end of December 2023); Child Support; Child Protective Services; Energy Assistance; and many other programs offered in the State of Maryland through local offices.
