Grocery Delivery Services

Senior Connection is a non-profit organization that uses volunteers to provide services to seniors, especially grocery shopping and escorted transportation.

Volunteers will shop for essential groceries on a limited basis during the COVID-19 pandemic. The grocery shopping is done for the senior, the senior does not go to the store with the volunteer. The volunteer will pick up a shopping list and money or credit card, complete the shopping, and then return the groceries to the client's door. Volunteers will not enter the client's home or buildings.

Seniors can call the Senior Connection office at 301-962-0820 and leave a message to request: grocery delivery; pickups from Manna and other food banks; prescription pickups and other critical needs.
