M-NCPPC Park Reservations - Special Events

Special Event Permits are required for organized activities hosted by a third party, such as a walk, run, tournament or festival (not M-NCPPC Montgomery Parks), on park land for public or private entertainment that requires the general or exclusive use of one or more park facilities and features. Event organizers should check with Park Permits and submit requests at least 60 days in advance. Before submitting a request, please visit the proposed site to make sure it can accommodate the planned event requirements for parking, attendance, and available resources or amenities.
