The HGP provides holiday food and/or toys to Montgomery County residents in financial need. A referral to the program is not a guarantee of service, as the County relies on community donations which can be limited and vary. Every effort is made to fulfill all requests.

For a referral, contact your case worker, the agency that provides your benefits, HOC resident counselor or your child's MCPS pupil personnel worker or school counselor.

The deadline for a Thanksgiving referral is October 25, 2024; the deadline for a December referral is November 22, 2024.
