2024 General Election

The 2024 General Presidential Election will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Early voting for the Presidential General 2024 Presidential Primary Election will be held from Thursday, October 24, 2024, through Thursday, October 31, 2024 (including Saturday and Sunday). Early voting centers will be open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Montgomery County has fourteen early voting centers. Please see links below for complete information.

Please note: Montgomery County citizens, who missed the advanced voter registration deadline, can still register and vote during early voting Thursday, October 24 through Thursday, October 31, or on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2024. Be sure to bring a document that proves where you live when you visit your early voting center or your local Election Day polling place to register to vote. Documentation to prove where you live, includes an MVA-issued license, ID card, learner's permit or change of address card, your paycheck, bank statement, utility bill, or other government document with your name and new address. Tuesday October 29 is the deadline to request a mailed Mail in Ballot and Friday November 1 is the deadline to request an electronic mail in ballot.
