Open Enrollment System Error for Current Dependents

The self-service portal may give an error message and does not allow you to reenroll a dependent previously removed as a result of the Bolton Dependent Recertification in 2021. Dependents already having coverage prior to 2024 do not need to provide any additional documentation. Only NEW dependents added during Open Enrollment 2024 need supporting documentation uploaded to the self-service portal.
