Fireworks Permit

A Maryland State Fireworks Permit must be applied for at the State Fire Marshal's Office (410.859.7152). To complete the state permit process, a Fire Prevention and Code Compliance General Permit is also required. To apply for a permit and inspection, visit the website below. Once the inspection passes, a Montgomery County Fireworks Permit will be issued to the applicant.
