Landlord's Notice to their Tenant to Vacate at Expiration of Initial Lease Term or in Month-to-Month Tenancy

A landlord must give their tenant written notice to vacate at least sixty days prior to the move-out date. Generally, notice should be given in accordance with the provisions of the lease and coincide with the rent payment cycle.
