County-maintained roadway curbs and gutters are the responsibility of the Division of Highway Services. To repair a County-maintained curb or gutter, please create a service request and fill out the required fields, provide a brief description of the issue and indicate if the curb/gutter is asphalt or concrete. For maintenance of numbered routes, such as Route 355 or Route 28, please contact the State of Maryland at 301.513.7300.

A representative will investigate the service request within five (5) business days.
