Montgomery County passed Commercial PACE financing legislation in March 2015. To help implement the program, the County has selected the Montgomery County Green as the Program Manager. Building owners may work with any lender to finance their Commercial PACE project. Currently, Montgomery County does not have a Residential PACE financing program, as it is not permitted in the state of Maryland.
