Commercial, industrial, multifamily (more than 4 units), agricultural, and non-profit buildings current on property tax and mortgage payments are eligible to participate in the program. New construction projects are also eligible to receive C-PACE financing if they exceed current building code. Residential properties are not eligible for the Commercial PACE financing program.
