Payment for outstanding parking violations must be made in full. For removal of parking violation boot and payment, please call 1.877.625.6309. Please provide the violation number that is on the Caution sticker affixed to the car. Car boots may be returned at either the Silver Spring Parking Sales Store at 809 Ellsworth Drive (240.777.8744) , Silver Spring, MD or Bethesda Parking Sales Store at 4720 Cheltenham Drive, Bethesda, MD (240-777-8770). Both stores are open from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, except County holidays.
