Missed Appointment Income Supports or Phone Interview

To reschedule a Health and Human Services Income Supports Office appointment for new cases, please note the following: Silver Spring Office: Tanya Dailey: 240.777.3020, (if voice mail picks up leave a message for a return call).

If an appointment was to have been in the Rockville or Germantown office, please contact the case worker that left a message, or the one to have held the interview. If a customer has left a message and there has been no response to date, contact: for Rockville call 240.777.4330 and leave a message with customer (or client) name; case ID or date of birth and a good contact number. For Germantown call 240.773.1150 and leave a name, phone number can be reached and a customer ID#. All calls will be returned within 2 business days.

Please be advised, phone interview appointment clients should be available within a three hour time frame of stated appointment time.
