For calls coming from a Healthcare facility (Nursing Home, Large Assisted Living Facility or Group Home) about power outages, loss of water or non-life-threatening building damage, please:
Refer to the facility emergency preparedness plan that will say where their alternate care site may be located along with a transportation plan for that purpose.
If the emergency plan is being followed but there is a critical solution failure, please email the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Duty Officer [email protected] (which will be monitored throughout the weekend)
Phone calls coming from a Dialysis Center for any prolonged closure, email the PHEP Duty officer.
If you are a county resident who is a Dialysis patient (and it is before the winter weather event), Please contact the Dialysis provider or your healthcare provider to develop a plan.
If your need for dialysis is during the winter weather event, please contact your Dialysis provider or healthcare provider. If it is urgent or an emergency, call 911.
