W-2 Form Information for Current and Former Employees (Not for Retirees)

Current or former County employees (NOT retirees) who have not received their W-2 form by February 15 should contact the Payroll Office at: Finance.Payroll@montgomerycountymd.gov.

Employees who have enrolled to receive their W-2 forms online will not have W-2s mailed, but may view online at Employee Self Service (ESS) through the "Montgomery County, Maryland - Single Sign On" link below.

Former employees who are not retirees should use the Access MCG extranet portal to access their W-2. If an employee has not enrolled in online W-2 or does not have Single Sign On, the W-2 will be sent by mail and should be received by Feb 15.

Please note: if a former employee has changed addresses, they should email their request for re-issued W-2 to Finance.Payroll@montgomerycountymd.gov and should include the employees full name, last 4 of SSN, the old address and the new address in the body of the email request.
