The Department of Transportation Division of Transportation Engineering manages the Sidewalk Program. Requests to construct a new sidewalk can be submitted to The Sidewalk Program via the Sidewalk Request Application on their website referenced below. The Sidewalk Program does not repair existing sidewalks since that function would fall under Highway Services. Please see link below to repair an existing sidewalk.
