The Pike District is an emerging business improvement district organized in partnership between Montgomery County government, residents, and property owners. The purpose of the district is to provide economic development to the area through services like events, marketing, enhanced maintenance, and placemaking so that more people want to live and work in the area. The Pike District is managed in partnership between the Bethesda - Chevy Chase Regional Service Office and the Pike District Partnership.
