A retiree receiving a pension check from Montgomery County Government who is unable to complete an address change online using Access MCG should create a service request and provide the retiree/payee's name, street address, email address (if applicable), daytime telephone number and a brief description of the question or issue and the retiree/payee will be contacted by a member of the Retirement team.

Effective 1.26.2026, addresses can be changed online by acceessing the link below, and retiree will receive a pdf confirmation of the update.
