Effective January 25, 2026, member services and financial reporting for all Montgomery County retirement plans was transferred Department of Finance - Retirement Administration Division. This includes the Employees Retirement System (ERS), the Retirement Savings Plan (RSP), the Guaranteed Retirement Income Plan (GRIP), and the Montgomery County Deferred Compensation Plan. The Board of Investment Trustees is now known as Montgomery County Investment Boards (MCIB) which maintains oversight of the investments of all plan assets.
