RETIREES or other qualified payees (surviving spouse, beneficiary or qualified domestic relations order payee) in the Employee Retirement System must make changes to bank or bank account information by completing a "Montgomery County Employees' Retirement System Electronic Direct Deposit Authoriation Form. Effective January 19, 2026, seamless forms are available online by clicking on the link below. In addition, the bank must be a U.S. Bank. To drop the form off at the office, the location is the Executive Office Building (EOB), 101 Monroe Street, 6th Floor, Rockville. If you prefer a paper form, retirees may call the Retirement Division. Helpful reminders for completing the form:
