Appeals must be requested in writing and addressed to: Director James Stowe, 21 Maryland Avenue, Suite 330, Rockville, Maryland, 20850. The correspondence must state that the request is for the case to be appealed to the Case Review Board. Appeals must be received within 30 days of the date a decision was rendered (the date on the cover letter is used as a start date for calculating the time). Appeals not received within the 30 day time frame will result in the case being closed.
