There are several ways to inform the Sheriff's Office of a complaint lodged by a an individual. Call 240.777.7000 to reach the Sheriff's Office and ask to speak to the Supervisor of the Division to which the Deputy is assigned. Write a letter to the Sheriff's Office describing the incident and list all parties involved including witness names and contact information, if possible. Complete the complaint form located on the Sheriff's Office of Professional Responsibility website and forward it to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. Please include the requestor's contact information so that Sheriff's personnel can reach the individual for follow-up. Forms are available by contacting the Sheriff's Office and on the website or you can respond to the Sheriff's Office in person to file a complaint.
