A demolition permit is required for plans to completely remove or destroy a structure. A demo/move permit is also required for plans to move a whole structure, intact, from one area of a lot to another area or from one lot to a new lot. A Sediment Control permit is required if disturbing 5000 or more square feet. Application for Residential Building Permit must be completed and submitted prior to demolition. The County does not maintain a listing of contractors who perform demolitions.
