Free flu vaccinations are available while supplies last through Occupational Medical Services (OMS). The Clinic location is 27 Courthouse Square, Suite 180, use the E. Jefferson entrance. Employees must make an appointment and bring a County ID. Appointments can be requested by emailing OMS.Appt@montgomerycountymd.gov. Flu Vaccination Clinic Office Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM (while supplies last). Employees must be on time for your appointment. Those 10 minutes late will need to be rescheduled. A state-required questionnaire/consent form must be completed within 48 hours prior to an appointment (no earlier). Before the appointment, an employee will receive an email link to the online form. Please complete the form using a computer, cell phone or tablet.
