Kaiser has erroneously reached out to currently enrolled employees and retirees via phone calls or text, claiming that re-enrollment is required for calendar year 2027 and directing them to contact the Health Insurance Team. This is not true. All current enrolled participants (active or retiree) medical coverage will automatically roll over to calendar year 2027. No action is needed. Action is required only if the employee or retiree wishes to switch from Kaiser to another insurance plan.
