The MPDU Homeowners program is sending out certification letters to MPDU homeowners on a rolling basis, to verify the homeowner is occupying the home. These letters are going out in batches, based upon the development name.
Each batch of letters has a distinct deadline. You must 1) complete the form, 2) have it notarized, and 3) return it and all required documents to DHCA by the deadline specified on the letter. Please check DHCAs MPDU website below for additional information, and to print a copy of the letter and certification form.
