Renewal Common Ownership Community (COC) Registration Fee, Invoice, Payments and Due Dates

Common Ownership Community (COC) Registration fees are $6.50/unit; except for the City of Gaithersburg which is $5/unit. If a COC is currently registered, a renewal notice, and invoice will automatically be mailed to the Agent on or by July 1st of the new registration year. Renewal invoices will include instructions for online payments by credit cards or eCheck; however online payments for the next year cannot be made until July 1st of the new registration year. An AccessMCG account is required to make online payments. Mailed payments should be sent to: PO Box 829463 PHILADELPHIA PA 19182-9463. Payments will not be processed until July 1st of the new registration year. Online users may "Create Service Request" by clicking on the button below.
