Employee - LiveWell and Virgin Pulse Program Information

LiveWell is the Montgomery County Government joint labor-management employee wellness program. Montgomery County employees who are eligible for health insurance through Montgomery County are also eligible to participate in the LiveWell programs, including Virgin Pulse. Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) union members are ineligible to participate in LiveWell programs, including Virgin Pulse.

LiveWell offers several programs: Movement Classes (fitness classes), Wellness Webinars, special events, and the Virgin Pulse program. Information about the LiveWell program can be found on the LiveWell website by clicking on the first link below.

To enroll in the Virgin Pulse program, employees can register by clicking on the second link below. Employees should ensure that their name, gender, and date of birth are entered exactly as they are listed in the County's health insurance or payroll systems.

For technical questions about fitness trackers or the Virgin Pulse program, employee participants should contact Virgin Pulse customer service at 866.852.6898. The customer service line is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM except for holidays.

For questions about the Health Stations (located around the County including blood pressure screening, scale, and iPad), or to report a technical issue, employees should contact Live Well at LiveWell@montgomerycountymd.gov.

For questions about tax-related deductions based on Virgin Pulse earnings, employees should contact Montgomery County Government's Payroll office.
