Energy efficiency and renewable energy generation improvements qualify for C-PACE financing, including any building modifications or retrofits to support the energy efficiency or renewable energy upgrade. These include: renewable energy systems, efficient lighting upgrades, building envelope and shell improvements, water-efficiency upgrades, electric vehicle charging stations, building energy management systems, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, and any other energy efficiency improvement approved by the County.
