Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing is an innovative way to finance energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades to commercial buildings in Montgomery County. Property owners receive financing for energy-efficiency building upgrades that is repaid as a surcharge on the property tax bill. The Montgomery County Green Bank serves as the Program Manager for the County's C-PACE Program.
