Cancel a Scheduled Residential Inspection

An applicant may cancel a scheduled building inspection by using the prompts on the Department of Permitting Services Online Services, Inspection Request button/link on homepage or use the search feature and enter Inspection Requests. Choose the type of permit, enter permit number, click go. Click the "Cancel Inspection" tab, enter contact ID number that is written on permit.

A building inspection can also be cancelled using MC311. The permit(s) numbers must be available to cancel an inspection. Enter the type of permit and permit number. On the "Cancel Inspection" tab enter the type and date of inspection and the contact ID number.
