Persons asked by the Merit System Protection Board to provide a response to an inquiry may request a time extension. The time extension request must be received in writing and may be made electronically by email or at the Board's office: Merit System Protection Board, 100 Maryland Ave., Rm. 113, Rockville, MD 20850. All other parties involved in the matter must also be served with the request. A written response to the request will be issued by the the Merit System Protection Board.
