AccessMCG (MCERP) - Didn't Receive or Can't Find Letter With Temporary Login ID & Temporary Password

AccessMCG users that receive a pension check from Montgomery County Government requiring assistance with temporary login may create a service request by providing the retiree/payee's name, street address, email address (if applicable), daytime telephone number and a brief description of the question or issue and the retiree/payee will be contacted by a member of the Retirement team. MCERP will mail a temporary Login ID and password to retiree/payee.
