AccessMCG (MCERP) - Questions About How to Complete a Federal Tax Form Online

For Retirees receiving a pension from Montgomery County Government that need assistance to complete a Federal tax form, please create a service request and provide the retiree/payee's name, street address, email address (if applicable), daytime telephone number and a brief description of the question or issue and the retiree/payee will be contacted by a member of the Retirement team.

The online Federal Tax form is available through Employee Self Service. Members of the Employee Retirement System (ERS) can access it through ERS Retiree Login. Choose the Retirement systems option, then click "MCG RETIREE SELF SERVICE", then "FEDERAL TAX FORMS", then "UPDATE" to make changes to your withholdings. Please note, in the agreement section of the form you must check mark the "I Agree" box or changes cannot be submitted. You can also fill out the W-4P Form and mail to the address shown at the bottom of the form.
