Complaints that are filed with Office of Consumer Protection are public records and can provide consumers with the number of complaints filed against a particular merchant within the last three years. This information is available by clicking on the Merchant Complaint Disclosure link below. Unless an individual has an existing case with the Office of Consumer Protection (OCP), all calls will be handled by the on-duty investigator.
