The Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection Recycling and Resource Management Division has established agreements with a number of residents located near the closed Oaks Landfill to pay their water bills. These residents may receive a courtesy water bill from WSSC to notify them of their respective usage. Receipt of this water bill is not an indication to pay. If a resident in this area has a question related to the payment of their water bill previously paid by Montgomery County, please direct them to contact Anthony Skinner at DEP by email: Anthony.Skinner@montgomerycountymd.gov.
