The MCGEO Sick Leave Bank decrement of 10.0 hours of sick leave is a voluntary deduction from all MCGEO members who have not specifically opted-out of the Sick Leave Bank. The deduction occurs on the second paystub for January. Employees stating that they had opted out and the deduction was taken in error should be direct to mcgeoslb@montgomerycountymd.gov.
