As of Tuesday, November 4, 2025, SNAP (food stamp) recipients will receive their full benefit for November, which will be a combination of USDA contingency funds and Maryland state funds. However, benefits will still be delayed; the Department of Human Services (DHS) expects households that normally receive benefits in the first week of November will receive them next week.
