The Sheriff's Department (240.777.7130) will confirm whether an eviction is scheduled for a specific address but will not provide the date or time. Evictions are generally scheduled at 10:30 AM or 1:00 PM Monday - Friday. Although these are the general guidelines, evictions can take place at any time. Questions regarding properties within these incorporated municipalities should be referred to the local municipality for further information.
