The Office of Landlord-Tenant Affairs does not respond to issues with rental properties located in the following incorporated municipalities: The City of Gaithersburg, City of Rockville, City of Takoma Park, Town of Barnesville, Town of Garrett Park, and the Town of Laytonsville are not under the jurisdiction of the Montgomery County Office of Landlord-Tenant Affairs.
