Licensure and Regulatory (L&R) Services is located at: 2425 Reedie Drive, 9th floor, Wheaton, MD 20902. Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Certified food manager ID cards and Swimming Pool Operators Licenses are issued 8:00 AM - 12 Noon, Monday through Friday.

Licensure and Regulatory Office consists of three units: Environmental Health; Health Care; and, Licensing Services.
