The EyeMed in-person vision clinic event is available to MCG employees participating in the EyeMed Vision Plan. The event offers free annual eye exams onsite (appointment registration is required) and access to a wide selection of brand name frames and sunglasses. No appointment is needed to shop for frames and sunglasses; you can go in with a current prescription.

There are a limited number of exam appointments available. The registration deadline for eye exam is March 20, 2026. If no more eye exam appointments are available, employees may sign up for the waiting list to be notified if there are any appointment cancellations.

Event Dates: Monday 3/30/2026 through Friday, 4/3/2026. Hours: Monday - 12:00 to 5 p.m. Tuesday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday - 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The clinic will be located at the Grey Courthouse, 4th Floor, 27 Courthouse Square, Rockville, MD 20850 (Enter through the side/rear parking lot OMS entrance off of Jefferson Ave.)
