Licensee Invoices

Licensees must keep accurate records of all purchases of alcoholic beverages for a period of two (2) years from the date of each purchase. These records must include the date of each purchase, the quantity purchased, and the name and address of the seller. These records must be maintained on the licensed premises and must be available for inspection and produced upon request at all times by all duly authorized representatives of the Board.
