When a trip is completed the rider must park wherever bike parking is allowed on PUBLIC property. A bike rack or corral is best -- MCDOT is working to increase the numbers of those available. But the bike or scooter is also permitted to be parked standing upright in public green areas next to the street. They may NOT be parked blocking sidewalks or pedestrian crossing points, doorways or other entrances, bus stops or other points of access. If possible they should be parked at the end of the block.
