The Montgomery County Tobacco Prevention Program is responsible for the completion of Retailer Compliance Checks (which monitors sales to underage purchasers), under the State of Maryland guidance.
Additionally, the program offers a variety of Tobacco Education resource services and tobacco community support resources and services for Montgomery County Residents. See link below.
