A call center agent at MC311 is available by calling 311 within the county or dialing 240.777.0311, 711 for MD Relay TTY at 301.251.4850, from anywhere, Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. MC311 may also be followed on Twitter @311MC311 during normal business hours. A customer service representative will assist callers with general information or may create a service request that will be forwarded to the appropriate department. In addition, customers who prefer to conduct business with Montgomery County in a language other than English, can request translation assistance. The MC311 Customer Service Center offers a language interpretation service with over 50 languages available.
The MC311 web portal is also another reference source and may be accessed 24/7 at www.MC311.com. Not all topics on the web portal have the capability of creating a service request since specific information and verification is required. MC311 currently does not have a direct email address contact or live chat. However, Monty is an artificial intelligence bot that is not human and may be of service finding information.
