Complaints, issues or concerns for the Office of Common Ownership Communities (CCOC) for any of the following (this is not an all-inclusive list): water leak damage, mold, or damage from another unit or common area; an order to remove a shed; fence or other structure; association parking, pool pass, keyless entry issue; or homeowner's association will not provide records or documents, can be made by filing with the CCOC. Currently, there is a $50 complaint filing fee. Forms can be downloaded from the web site, see link below.
Please note that Montgomery County Commission on Common Ownership Communities now has jurisdiction over associations in the City of Gaithersburg.
