A property tax sale is not an open house auction. Bids are accepted by email or in-house between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Bids may be mailed in addition to submittal by email or in-person the 2nd Monday of June between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The winning bid will be notified by a telephone call before 10:00 AM the next business day. Refer to website for bid/process by clicking first link below. The County does not sell over the counter tax liens. Unsold parcels from Tax Sale are returned to the tax roles.
