The MPDU Homeowners program is sending out the annual resident certification letters to MPDU homeowners to verify compliance with MPDU Covenants. To complete the certification, you must 1) complete the form and, 2) return it with all required documents to DHCA by the deadline, September 1, 2024. Please check DHCAs MPDU website below for additional information, and to print a copy of the letter and the 2024 Certification of Residency form. The certification packet includes a sample of the documents to satisfy proof of current residency, please refer to those as needed.
