The payments made on a specific property tax account can be seen online when viewing the property tax bill next to "prior payments". The "prior payment" amount does not reflect any interest or penalty paid.
Note! If a caller has made a tax payment and it has been rejected or is not showing on the website/online or in the Finance database, it may be that Finance has not received information from Envision, the third-party processor. Envision sends Finance information on returned (PAPER) checks as they collect fees on them. Therefore, Finance cannot take a new payment from the taxpayer until Envision lets them know that the payment has been returned. For returns on electronic checks or electronic check payments made over the phone, or online, please contact 311 during regular business hours. Envision will not be able to address these.
